missingWrote a review on Dec 08comfortable bedinconvenient locationlack of staff
The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The room was not ready upon our arrival, which was disappointing. The location atop a hill made it exhausting to return from the Petra Visitors Centre after a long day of walking. To add to the frustration, there was a lack of staff available during checkout, making it difficult for us to leave on time.

The rooftop terrace offers incredible views over the area, making meals a spectacular experience, especially at sunset. The owner, Ibrahim, is exceptionally friendly and provides valuable tips about the local attractions. While the location requires a short drive to the visitor center, the nearby shops are quite convenient. However, the restaurant prices felt a bit steep given the overall dining options in the area. Also, a bit more accessibility to the dining area could improve the experience.

pleasant stay but could improve accessibility
The rooftop terrace offered a delightful escape with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, a great start to the day! We appreciated the welcoming staff who made our brief stay feel more personal. I especially enjoyed the garden view from our room which added a serene touch.
The steep steps to the dining area made it a bit challenging to access.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The shuttle service to Petra at scheduled times made visiting the site very convenient. I appreciated that the breakfast was served at a nearby hotel, with plenty of delicious options including a made-to-order egg station. The reception area looked inviting. However, the room left something to be desired. It felt outdated, with basic amenities like hot water and a working toilet, but the decor was tired. The noise from the street made it difficult to relax at times. The walk to town was a bit of a trek, especially uphill on the return. Overall, the staff's helpfulness made a positive difference, but the room's condition needs attention.

Had a fantastic time relaxing on the rooftop terrace and enjoying the delicious breakfast spread. Don't miss out on the comfy lounge chairs near the entrance for some downtime after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, our room could have used a little freshening up, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

i loved that we could easily stroll to nearby shops and restaurants, and the breathtaking views from the rooftop made every evening special, especially during sunset.

This was just an appropriate option for a transient visit in Wadi Musa with incredible value for money. The staff happily let my wife into the kitchen to whip up scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was a nice touch. Make sure you book a taxi in advance to avoid any hassles with opportunistic drivers on your way back from Petra.
